1.炉车载物:变压器功率230KW/M3(炉膛体积),生产最高功率193KW/M3(炉膛体积);推板载物:变压器功率194KW/M3(炉膛体积),生产最高功率160KW/M3(炉膛体积)。
Material loaded on furnace cart:transformer power 230 KW/M3,Max work power 193 KW/M3;Material loaded on pushing plate: transformer power 194 KW/M3,Max work power 160KW/M3.
2.每M3炉膛体积,可安装元件的发热部表面积为19620.7cm2
In each M3 of furnace chamber,the total area for element hot zone that can be installed is 19620.7cm2.
3.电炉应安装元件的数量=19620.7cm2÷所选元件单支发热部表面积cm2.
The quantity of elements that should be installed in the electric furnace used=19620.7cm2 ÷ total surface area of the element hot zone selected(cm2).
